With over 20 years of corporate experience in brand building, marketing, corporate communications, and business strategy, Lina has worked with top international Fortune 100 companies, including more than 14 years in Mars Pet Nutrition, where she currently serves as Brand Director.

Parallel to her successful marketing career, Lina shines as a motivational speaker, trainer, and life and leadership coach. She is honored to speak at conferences, lead engaging corporate workshops, and empower individuals through her unique life coaching program, “DISCOVER/Living with Purpose.” Drawing from her impactful personal experience with burnout, she inspires people to live intentionally. Lina is deeply committed to helping others discover their true life purpose and developing high performance individuals and teams.
Her dedication to community service is evident through her role as a facilitator and mentor for Personal Discovery Programs in non-profit organizations like Beginning aNew, Conexion Americas.

Lina, a proud native of Medellín, Colombia, holds degrees in Social Communication and Journalism, as well as an MBA. Now living in Nashville, Tennessee, she enjoys life with her husband and sons, and their beloved Shepadoodle. Lina passionately encourages those around her to chase their dreams and lead meaningful lives, making her a true beacon of motivation.
